Return/Exchange Policy
Guitars & Amplifiers:
All sales of guitars, amplifiers and electronics are final. Defective items may be replaced with the same model.
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in new and re-saleable condition,
for items of equal or greater value.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Harmonicas:
Harmonicas may not be returned or exchanged
for sanitary reasons.
Defective harmonicas may be exchanged for the same model harmonica only.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sheet Music:
All sales of individual sheets of music,
collections of printed music, and software are final.
Music may only be exchanged with other music.
Software may only be exchanged for the same program provided it is defective.
No refunds may be given on publishing.

Strings, cables and other small goods:
Strings, cables, and other small goods such as tuners, metronomes, etc. may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are in new and re-saleable condition.
Items may be exchanged within 30 days provided they are still in new and re-saleable condition.
No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days.
