Carpenter’s Music World services all instruments we sell and rent. We offer piano tuning, repair and restoration, guitar, violin, cello and bass restringing, tuning, set-ups and repairs.

Repair Policy
Repairs are guaranteed for a period of 90 days.
We are not responsible for instruments that have been left at Carpenter’s Music World for more than 30 days. We are not responsible for loss due to theft or fire. Please remove all valuables from the instrument case prior to leaving it for repair. We are not responsible for the loss of anything inside the case.
All repair warranty issues, returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. All repair warranty issues, returns and exchanges are done at managements’ sole discretion.
